Niki Xenou is an Arts & Community Project Manager with expertise in the fields of strategic planning, marketing and communication, audience development and fundraising.
She holds a BSc in Theater Studies from the National and Kapodestrian University of Athens and a MSc in Marketing and Communications with new technologies from the Athens University of Economics and Business. She attended Film, Theater and Literature courses at the Paul Vallery 3 University in Montpellier and the Master program of Musicology at the Saint Denis - Paris 8 University in France. While in Paris she worked at the Music Department of the Public Information Library of the Centre Georges Pompidou (BPI).
With more than 15 years of experience in the creative industry setting, Niki’s previous posts include Operations and Partnerships Manager (2009-2015) at the Pegasus Publications S.A./Athens Film Society (Athens International Film Festival, Athens Open Air Film Festival, Cinema Magazine), Education & Society Programmes and Partnerships Manager at the British Council (2017-2018) and Development and fundraising artistic associate at the Greek National Opera (2018-2019). Niki has also worked as a Project Manager with the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (Metamorphoshis: the SNFCC to the world and 5th International Conference on Philanthropy) and as a Programming & Production officer at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC). In parallel, from 2009 to 2016 she was contributing as an editor to cultural magazines and websites (Cinema Magazine, elculture.gr, mixtape.gr etc.).
Since 2017 she has an ongoing collaboration with View Master in projects such as the Foo Fighters concert at the Odeon Herodes Atticus (2017), the SNFestival Retro Nostos edition (2020) and the Kalamata International Dance Festival (2020). She has also contributed as a Project Manager and Content curator to the development of the official VME website.
